Clone a Page on Sites

Before You Begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access and modify Sites Pages and Menus.
  • Be aware that cloning a page does not automatically add it to your site's navigation menus.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Click on Sites from your main navigation menu. 

2.  Click Content, then Select Pages.     

3.  Locate the page you wish to copy. Hover over the page, Click the three dots (...), and Select Clone Page.

4.  Locate the new page in the list (it will have "Clone" appended to its name).

5.  Hover over the new page, Click the three dots (...), and Select Edit Page. [Make all necessary changes to the content and layout.]

6.  Click Save Page to finalize your edits.

7.  Add the cloned page to a menu by navigating to Content > Menus and arranging it in the desired location.

  •  I cloned the page, but it doesn't show up on my website's menu: Cloning a page does not automatically add it to your navigation. You must go to Content > Menus, select the relevant menu (e.g., Main Menu), and manually Add the cloned page to the menu.
