Before You Begin
- You must be logged in with administrative permissions for Sites.
- The 'Plan Your Visit' feature must be enabled. To do this, go to Sites > Settings > Features and toggle the feature On.
- You must have at least one Location created, as it's a required field for adding a service.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Navigate to your site's admin panel and click on Sites in the main menu.
- Select Plan Your Visit from the left-hand navigation menu. See Add a Location for Plan Your Visit.
- Click the Add Service button to open the new service form.

Enter all the details for your service:
- Title: The name of the service (e.g., "Sunday Morning Worship").
- Service Location: Choose the correct location from the dropdown menu.
- Day of the Week: Select the day the service occurs.
- Service Time: Enter the start time for the service.
- Available Spots: Enter the maximum number of attendees. Enter 0 for unlimited spots.
- Click the Save Service button to add it to your schedule.
Adding Locations for Plan Your Visit
- From your main navigation menu, click Sites.
- In the left navigation menu, select Plan Your Visit.
- Select Locations and click the Add Location button.
- Add Location Details:
- Location Title: The name of your location (e.g., "Main Sanctuary," "Youth Building").
- Email Contact
- Address
- Click Create Location to save.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
- I don't see the 'Plan Your Visit' option in my menu. You must enable the feature first. Go to Sites > Settings > Features and ensure the 'Plan Your Visit' toggle is switched to On. The menu item will then appear.
- The location I need isn't in the dropdown list. You must create locations before they can be assigned to a service. Please see the guide on adding a location for step-by-step instructions.
