The 'Plan Your Visit' feature on your Tithely Site is designed to provide a seamless and welcoming experience for first-time visitors. This article outlines the steps a visitor takes when planning their visit, giving you insight into their user journey.
The Visitor's Journey
Accessing Plan Your Visit
Visitors will find the "Plan Your Visit" option in the top banner, bottom left button, or main menu of your website, depending on your site's settings.
Visitors will be asked to complete the following questions:
- How many people will be attending?
- What is your first and last name?
- What is your email address?
- What is your phone number?
- Which location would you like to attend?
- Select the date you would like to attend.
- Which service and time would you like to attend?
All the above information is gathered within the feature for you to reference.
Please note: We can not export an attendance list at this time.
Confirmation and Notification
- After submitting their information, visitors will receive a "Thank You" pop-up message if you have enabled that option.
- They will also receive a confirmation email containing the details of their planned visit.
The entire process is designed to be quick and easy, allowing visitors to plan their visit in just a few simple steps.
