Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Click on Sites from your main navigation.

2.  Select Newsletters from the left menu.     

3.  Select a Sent Newsletter by clicking on the stats row containing the newsletter you want to review.

4.  Review the overall statistics at the top of the report.

5.  View Individual Recipient Stats: Scroll down to the list of recipients.

6.  Filter by Deliverability Status: Click the dropdown menu next to "Filter" and Select a status (e.g., Delivered, Opened, Bounced, Unsubscribed) to isolate specific recipient groups.
