Sending a Copy of a Past Newsletter in Sites

Before You Begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access Sites and Newsletters.
  • The newsletter you wish to share must already have been created (and ideally sent).
  • Have the email address(es) of the recipient(s) ready.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Click on Sites from your main navigation.

2.  Select Newsletters from the left menu.     

3.  Click on the newsletter that you would like to send a copy of.

4.  Click the Send Copy option.     

5.  Enter the email address(s) you would like to send the copy to. [To send to multiple email addresses, separate them with a comma.

6.  Click the Send a Copy button.


Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Will this action send the newsletter to the original subscriber list again? No, clicking Send a Copy only sends the newsletter to the specific email address(es) you enter in Step 5.
  • Can I edit the newsletter before sending a copy? No, to edit the content, you must Edit the newsletter first (see related articles), which will be saved as a new version or draft, before you can send a copy.
