Step-by-Step Instructions
Customize Live Stream Player Settings
1. Click on Sites from your main navigation.
2. Select Design from the left menu.
3. Select Live Streams.
4. Select a Background Color and Button Color (from your site's brand colors).
5. Update the text in the Giving Button Label, Text Area Label, and Password Help Text fields.
6. Select which version of your Logo to use.
7. Toggle the options to display a live stream playlist or the timezone on or off.
8. Click Save Live Stream Settings.
Set a Live Stream Placeholder
1. Click on Sites from your main navigation.
2. Select Design from the left menu.
3. Select Placeholder under Live Streams.
4. Enter your placeholder video URL (YouTube/Vimeo Pro only) or text.
5. Click Save Placeholder Settings.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
- My placeholder video is not working: Ensure the video URL is from a supported source: YouTube or Vimeo Pro. Other video hosts are not supported for the placeholder.
- The button colors I selected aren't exactly what I entered: The button colors are pulled from your Site's brand colors (Primary, Secondary, Tertiary), so ensure those are set correctly under Design > Colors.
