Troubleshooting & FAQs
Can an admin edit a donor's pledge? No. Admins cannot edit the details of a donor's pledge. An admin can only delete a pledge, and this is only possible if no funds have been contributed toward it yet.
Can a donor edit their own pledge? Yes. A donor can view and edit their pledge by opening the Pledge Form link and clicking Login in the top-right corner. From their dashboard, they can adjust their pledge amount, manage recurring gifts, and view their donation history.
Can "Cover the Fees" be set to default to "On"? No. The "Cover the Fees" option cannot be enabled by default on a Pledge Campaign. However, it can be set as a default on the standard Giving Form where one-time donations are processed.
