Summary: This article explains how to locate your church’s unique subdomain within Tithely so you can successfully log in to the Worship Team Tools app.
Before You Begin
Definition: Your subdomain is the specific text in your church’s URL that appears before .breezechms.com (e.g., in yourchurchmame.breezechms.com the subdomain is yourchurchname).
Access: You can locate this information whether you are an Admin or a Member.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Tithely account. Access your account via a web browser.
Navigate to the correct view.
Admins: Your landing page is usually the Dashboard. The subdomain is visible here.
Members: Click on People in the navigation menu to view the correct URL.
Locate your Subdomain in the browser address bar. Look at the URL at the top of your browser. Identify the text immediately preceding .breezechms.com. (Example: If the URL is gracechurch.breezechms.com, your subdomain is gracechurch).
Enter your subdomain into the Worship App. Open the Worship App login page, type the subdomain you found into the prompt, and continue logging in with your email and password.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
What exactly is my subdomain? It is the unique identifier for your church's instance. It is strictly the text before the domain extension. Do not include "http://" or ".breezechms.com" when prompted for just the subdomain in the app.
I am a Member and don't see the URL. Ensure you have clicked the People tab after logging into Tithely. The generic Tithely dashboard URL may not show your specific church instance until you navigate to the People tool.
