How to Access Pledge Campaign Statuses

Summary: This guide shows Tithely administrators where to find and how to interpret the current status of each Pledge Campaign in the Giving dashboard, detailing what each status (Draft, Staged, Disabled, Live, Complete) means and the expected data reflection time.

Before You Begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access Tithely Giving and Pledge Campaigns.
  • Pledge and donation data may take up to 24 hours to fully reflect in your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Log in to your Tithely Admin account.

2.  Select Giving.     

3.  Click Pledge Campaigns.

4.  Review the list of your campaigns. [The current status is clearly displayed next to each campaign.]

Understanding Campaign Statuses

StatusDescriptionAction/Note
DraftOutside of the set start/end date range and the toggle is OFF.Remains inactive until toggled ON, even if the start date arrives.
StagedOutside of the set start/end date range, but the toggle is ON.Will automatically go Live once the campaign reaches its start date.
DisabledWithin the active date range, but the toggle is OFF.The campaign is paused, and donations cannot be accepted while in this status.
LiveWithin the set start/end date range and the toggle is ON.This is the active status; donors can give and pledges are counted.
CompleteThe campaign’s end date has passed.Completion is based on the date range, not whether the goal was met.
 

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • How long should I wait for new pledges to appear? Allow up to 24 hours for newly created or modified pledges to be fully reflected in your dashboard.
  • My campaign dates are correct, but it says "Draft": The toggle is set to OFF. You must manually toggle the campaign ON for it to move to a 'Staged' or 'Live' status.
  • Can I pause a 'Live' campaign? Yes, you can toggle campaigns ON/OFF manually if you need to pause or resume giving at any time.
