How to Access Pledge Campaign Statuses

Before You Begin

  • You must have the necessary permissions to access Tithely Giving and Pledge Campaigns.
  • Pledge and donation data may take up to 24 hours to fully reflect in your dashboard.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Log in to your Tithely Admin account.

2.  Select Giving.     

3.  Click Pledge Campaigns.

4.  Review the list of your campaigns. [The current status is clearly displayed next to each campaign.]


Understanding Campaign Statuses

  • How long should I wait for new pledges to appear? Allow up to 24 hours for newly created or modified pledges to be fully reflected in your dashboard.
  • My campaign dates are correct, but it says "Draft": The toggle is set to OFF. You must manually toggle the campaign ON for it to move to a 'Staged' or 'Live' status.
  • Can I pause a 'Live' campaign? Yes, you can toggle campaigns ON/OFF manually if you need to pause or resume giving at any time.
