Before You Begin

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Log in to Tithely.
- Click Giving from the left-hand menu.
- Select Tax Statements.
- Click on the batch you'd like to update in the Previous Batches section.
- Use the search bar to find the donor by Name, Email address, or Receipt number.
- Click the arrow icon next to the donor’s name (or the yellow triangle icon if the email is missing/invalid) to open their details.
- Enter the correct email address.
- Click Save.
