Troubleshooting & FAQs
- What happens if a fund has a recurring gift when I try to archive it? The system will prevent archiving. You must contact the donor to have them update their recurring gift or edit it yourself.
- Why should I keep fund names brief and descriptive? Shorter, clearer names like “Missions Fund” prevent confusion and make it easier for your givers to contribute to the cause they care about.
- Can I find an archived fund on the dashboard? No, archived funds no longer appear on the dashboard but are accessible by applying the "Archived" filter in Fund Management.
