Before You Begin
You access the email tool through the People area of your Tithely account.
You will have the choice between Basic Email (text-only) and Design Email (visual builder).
Iframes are not supported in email technology due to security and compatibility limitations.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Navigate to the People area (or any screen where you can select members). Select the people you wish to contact and click the Email button in the Action Panel.
Select Design Email when prompted to choose your format.
Note: You can still choose "Basic Email" if you prefer a traditional, text-based message.
Choose your Template.
Start Blank: Begin with a fresh canvas.
Use a Pre-Made Template: Select from system templates or one you have saved previously.
Preview the template design and click Next to begin editing.
Customize your email using the drag-and-drop editor.
Drag and drop components (text, images, buttons, columns) from the side panel onto the canvas.
Edit text, fonts, and layout options to match your style.
Resize images manually within the editor (images are not automatically compressed).
Click Send Now to dispatch immediately, or Schedule to choose a future date and time for delivery.
(Optional) Click Save as Template to reuse your design later.
A pop-up will allow you to name or rename the template.
Warning: If you choose an existing template name, a confirmation modal will appear to prevent accidental overwriting.

Can I import templates from other systems? Not directly. However, you can copy/paste content into a new Design Email and save it as a new template within Tithely.
Can I undo or redo actions while editing? Yes. Both the Basic and Design editors support full undo/redo functionality.
Is there a limit to how many templates I can save? No. There is no set limit; you can save as many templates as you need.
Can I preview the email before sending? Yes! You can preview your design both before and after editing. The preview tool allows you to see how the email looks across multiple device sizes (mobile vs. desktop).
Can I still use the Basic Email option? Yes. You can choose Basic or Design each time you send an email.
Can I access my previous templates? Yes. All previously saved templates are still available for use.
Can I start without a template? Absolutely! Choose “Start Blank” to begin from scratch.
What happens if I overwrite a template by accident? A confirmation modal will appear before any template is overwritten to prevent accidental replacement.
