Troubleshooting & FAQs
Do users get a notification when a new prayer is posted? No. The Prayer Wall feature does not send push notifications to users' phones. Users must open the app and navigate to the Prayer Wall to see new requests.
Can I have multiple people receive moderation emails? No. Currently, only one moderator email address can be entered in the settings. If multiple people need to see these alerts, we recommend using a group email alias (e.g.,
prayerteam@yourchurch.com) or setting up an auto-forward rule in your email client. Are prayer requests private? Generally, no. Once a request is posted (either automatically or after approval), it is visible to all users who have the app. We recommend advising your members to only share details they are comfortable with the public viewing.
