Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • Why must I include Individual ID and Family ID in the People export? These IDs are crucial for accurately associating all other data (giving, attendance, etc.) with the correct person and family unit in Tithely.
  • How do I get my Giving data imported? Importing Giving data is limited to our Move-In team. You must Submit a Move-In Request form for the Giving data.
  • What if I can't export all my addresses at once? The Master List of Addresses report is limited to 5 Address Types. You may have to run this report multiple times to capture all address data.
