Before You Begin
Permissions: You must be the Account Owner to view the App Download Link. Other Admins will not see this field in the settings.
Waiting Period: The download link is generated manually by our team. It will typically appear in your dashboard 2-3 days after you initiate your app build.
Purpose: This unique link automatically detects the user's device type (iOS or Android) and directs them to the appropriate app store.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Tithely account as the Account Owner.
Select Apps from the main menu to open your App Dashboard.
Click on Settings (Home) in the app menu.
Locate the App Download Link text box.
Note: If this field is empty or missing, please confirm you are the Account Owner and that it has been at least 3 days since you started your app build.
Copy the link from the text box.
Paste your link anywhere you would like to share it (e.g., social media, email newsletters, or your church website).
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't I see the App Download Link? There are two common reasons for this:
Permission Level: Only the Account Owner has permission to view this specific link. If you are an Admin, you will need to ask the Account Owner to retrieve it for you.
Timing: The link is not instant. It takes 2-3 days after the app build begins for our team to generate and enter this link into your dashboard.
Does this link work for both iPhones and Androids? Yes. The link is "smart" and will automatically send iPhone users to the Apple App Store and Android users to the Google Play Store to download your specific app.
