Before You Begin

  • Grace Period: You have eight days to update your payment method before your subscription is suspended or canceled.
  • Retries: Tithely will retry the payment four times over an eight-day period after the initial failure.
  • Permissions: Only Account Owners and Admins can manage billing and view invoices.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  No Immediate Action Required: If you are unaware of card changes, no immediate action is required after the first failure, as the system will automatically attempt a retry.

2.  Monitor Email: The Account Owner should monitor their email for failure notifications and the eight-day grace period countdown.

3.  Update Payment Information:

  • Log into Tithely as an Account Owner or Admin. 
  • Select Global Settings.
  • Click Billing.
  • Under the Subscriptions tab, update the credit card on file (or select a different card already on file).

4.  Wait for the scheduled retry attempts. [If all four attempts fail, the subscription will be automatically canceled at the end of the eight-day grace period.]
