Before You Begin
Permissions: You must be an Account Owner or Admin to access billing settings.
Impact on Discounts: Removing subscriptions may affect bundled discounts applied to your account. Please carefully review your new monthly cost before confirming changes.
Free Tools: Canceling paid subscriptions (like Sites or Messaging) does not cancel your free Giving account or access to People.
Important: Payment Failure Warning Should your payment method expire or fail to process, our system will automatically retry the charge up to 8 times over the subsequent two weeks. Canceling Subscriptions: Be sure you are ready to lose access to the product you wish to cancel. If you choose to cancel one of your subscriptions, you will lose access to that Tithely Tool immediately. You may also lose access to other tools if you had an All Access Subscription. Step-by-Step Instructions
Select Global Settings. This is located in the navigation menu and is represented by a person icon.
Select Billing. From the dropdown or settings menu, locate the Billing option.
Select Subscriptions. This tab displays all active products associated with your account.
Click the Cancel button. Locate the specific subscription you wish to remove (e.g., Apps, Sites) and click Cancel. (Note: You can only downgrade or cancel one subscription at a time.)
Select Continue and Confirm. Review your new monthly payment summary carefully. Once you are satisfied with the changes, finalize the cancellation by clicking Confirm.

Troubleshooting & FAQs
When will I lose access to the product? You will loose access to your canceled subscription immediately.
Will this cancel my Giving account? No. Downgrading or canceling paid subscriptions does not affect your free Giving account. You will continue to have full access to Tithely Giving and People.
Why did my monthly rate change unexpectedly? If you had a bundled discount for using multiple products, removing one subscription may remove the discount for the remaining products. Always check the "New Monthly Payment" summary before confirming.
