Minimum System Requirements for Tithely

Summary: To experience Tithely at its best, you need a stable internet connection and a modern web browser. This guide details the recommended internet speeds (15 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload), the preferred browsers (Chrome, Safari, Edge, Firefox), and the minimum operating system requirements for the dedicated Tithely (Breeze) mobile apps.

Minimum Internet Requirements

A reliable internet connection is the backbone of using cloud-based platforms like Tithely. Lower speeds may cause frustration, especially during heavy data activities (like reports or media uploads).

Troubleshooting Lower Speeds: Contact your internet service provider to discuss upgrades, or check your local network for issues (like outdated routers).

Optimal Browsing: Selecting the Right Browser

Using an up-to-date, compatible browser is the most important factor for a smooth, secure Tithely experience.

  • Google Chrome: Preferred Choice for its speed, strong integration with web standards, and efficient performance.
  • Safari (macOS): Excellent option, optimized for macOS and efficient performance.
  • Microsoft Edge: Robust experience, as it is based on Chromium (like Chrome).
  • Mozilla Firefox: Solid choice, known for its privacy features.

Crucial Note: Tithely does not support Internet Explorer (as it is outdated). We strongly recommend you regularly update your browser for security and feature compatibility.

Mobile Device and Operating System Compatibility

Keeping your device's operating system up-to-date is crucial for performance, security, and app compatibility.

Android

  • General Advice: If your Android device cost more than $300 in the past four years, you will likely have a good experience.
  • Unsupported Devices: Devices like Amazon Fire tablets generally do not have enough processing power to use Tithely smoothly.
  • App Store: Both the Tithely App and Check-In App are available in the Google Play Store.

System Logic: Running an outdated operating system may prevent you from accessing the latest browser versions, which is the primary requirement for Tithely functionality.
