Troubleshooting & FAQs
-
My export is timing out (taking more than a couple of minutes): This is often related to a large amount of giving data.
- Workaround: Navigate to Giving and export your data 1 year at a time as a temporary fix to reduce the file size.
- Why did the system use "Breeze Tip" in the text? The Tithely platform, including its core functionality, is sometimes referred to by its ChMS product name, Breeze, as they are part of the same family of products.
- What happens if I try to export with lower internet speeds? Lower speeds than the recommended minimums will likely lead to frustration in speed and perceived responsiveness, especially during data-heavy activities like exporting large reports.
- Where can I find my exported data? The file will automatically download to your computer, typically to your Downloads folder or another location pre-selected by your browser.
