How to See Who Has Unsubscribed from Emails

Before You Begin

Step-by-Step Instructions

1.  Log in to your Tithely account.

2.  Navigate to the Church Management Settings at the top right.     

3.  Select User Activity in the dropdown menu.

4.  Select Email from the left menu.

5.  Look for emails with their status marked as "failed" in the Email History.
