Troubleshooting & FAQs
- Why is the Title important? The Title is what appears on a user's lock screen and inside their Tithely App notifications section, so make it clear and actionable.
- If I don't select specific groups, who receives the notification? By default, the notification will be sent to Everyone who has the app and push notifications enabled.
- Can I schedule these for a future time? No, Auto-Notifications are designed to be sent the moment new content is posted. To schedule for the future, you must use the standard Scheduled Notifications tool.
