Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • What is Auto Reporting? Auto Reporting automatically sends reports of music usage to CCLI for songs used in services that have passed, helping your church stay compliant with licensing requirements.
  • Can I still import songs if I don't have a CCLI account? You can still add songs manually to your library, but you cannot import lyrics and chord charts directly from SongSelect without an active CCLI account.
  • How often does CCLI Auto Reporting run? The system generally checks and reports songs automatically after the service date has passed (e.g., 7 days after the event).
