- You must be an Account Owner or an Admin to access the billing section.
- All invoices are generated in USD.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click the Global Settings icon (the person icon) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Select Billing from the dropdown menu.

Click the grey download icon next to the invoice you wish to view. A PDF version will open in a new browser tab, which you can then save or print.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
- I can't see the 'Billing' option in my settings. Why not? Access to the Billing section is restricted to users with the role of Account Owner or Admin. If you cannot see this option, please contact the primary administrator for your church's account.
- How do I find an invoice from last year? On the Invoices screen, use the 'Date' filter to select the specific time frame you need. This will narrow down the list to only show invoices from that period.
- Are the invoices in my local currency? No. All Tithely subscription invoices are generated and displayed in USD, regardless of your location.
