Before You Begin
- Kiosk mode uses the guest version of your giving form on a continuous, secure loop.
- This feature is designed for guest donors. Existing members should be encouraged to give through their own accounts for proper record-keeping.
- Kiosk mode is not compatible with any external card readers.
Part 1: Get Your Kiosk URL
- Log in to your Tithely account as an Admin.
- Navigate to the Giving section from the main menu.
- Click on the Giving Form tab.
- Select the Link/Embed sub-tab.
- Copy the Kiosk URL provided. You will use this link on your kiosk device.
Part 2: Set Up Your Kiosk Device
- Open the browser on your tablet or mobile device (e.g., Safari on an iPad, Chrome on an Android device).
- Paste the Kiosk URL you copied in Part 1 into the address bar and press Go.

Lock the device to the browser app to prevent users from navigating away:
- On an iPad: Triple-click the side/lock button and select Guided Access from the accessibility options to lock the screen.
- On an Android Device: Swipe up to view your open apps, tap the Chrome browser icon at the top of the app window, and select Pin.

Orient the device to your desired view. Landscape mode is recommended for tablets.

- Is donor information secure on a public kiosk? Yes. After a donation is completed, the Kiosk form automatically resets and clears all personal information, ensuring the next person cannot access the previous donor's data.
- Can we use a card swiper with the kiosk for easier giving? No. The Kiosk Giving feature is not compatible with any card readers, including Tithely Pay card readers. Donations must be entered manually using the on-screen keypad.
- What's the difference between the regular giving link and the kiosk link? The Kiosk URL is specifically designed for public use. It automatically clears data and loops back to the start after each donation. The regular giving form link is intended for individual use on personal devices and retains user login information.
