Troubleshooting & FAQs
Can I mark multiple Follow Ups as complete at once? No. Follow Ups must be completed individually to ensure accountability. However, you can assign them in bulk.
Why can't I find a specific user in the "Assigned To" list? The user likely does not have the "Follow Ups" permission enabled in their User Role. An Admin must update their role to include this permission.
What happens when I assign a Follow Up to a Tag? The system will create an individual Follow Up task for every single person within that Tag.
