Before You Begin
Permissions: You must have Account Owner, Admin, or Limited Access (specifically granted access to the Giving Product) permissions within Tithely.
Facebook Access: You will need Admin or Editor access to your church or organization's Facebook Page to edit the "About" section.
Step-by-Step Instructions
Log in to your Tithely account.
Select Giving from the left-hand menu.
Select Giving Form from the Giving menu options.

Select the correct organization from the dropdown menu located near the top.
Note: This step is only required if you have multiple organizations (churches, campuses, ministries) set up in your account.
Click the Copy to Clipboard icon located next to your Direct Link URL. (This icon usually looks like two overlapping sheets of paper).
Navigate to your organization's Facebook Page.

Paste the link you copied into the About section of your Facebook Page.
Tip: We also suggest pasting this link regularly in your posts or pinning a post containing the link to the top of your feed.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
Why can't I use the "Donate Now" button on Facebook? Due to changes in Facebook regulations, pages are no longer able to add third-party "Donate Now" buttons. Facebook has blocked these call-to-action buttons for external platforms. Using the Direct Link in your bio or posts is the best current workaround.
Who can access the Giving Link in Tithely? Only users with Account Owner, Admin, or specific Limited Access permissions can view the Giving Form area. If you cannot see this, please contact your account administrator.
