Before You Begin
- You must be an Administrator with access to Church Management settings.
Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click the Church Management Settings icon (the settings cog) in the top menu of your dashboard.
- Click on Organization Logs from the options.
- Select General Settings from the left-hand menu.
- Enter your updated information into the available fields, such as Subdomain, Office Phone, or Time Zone. You can also upload a Logo or Enable Unlimited Texts from this screen.
- Click the 'Save Changes' button to apply your updates.
Troubleshooting & FAQs
- Why can't I edit some of the fields? Fields shown in dark gray are not editable from this screen. This page only allows you to edit the general settings for the People product, which are shown in the lighter gray boxes.
- Where do these settings apply? These are the general settings specifically for the Tithely People product and may not affect other areas of your Tithely account.
