Updating Your My Account Area for Admins

Before You Begin

For a smooth experience with Tithely's Passwordless Sign-In, ensure your email address is one you can access easily.

  • Access: You must be logged into your Tithely account to access these settings.


Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Click the Global Settings icon. This is the Person Icon located at the top right of the dashboard.

  2. Select 'User Settings' at the bottom of the dropdown. This will open your account management page containing three tabs: Core Info, Login Security, and Notification Settings.

  3. Enter your information into the Core Information tab. Update your name, email address, or mobile number, then click Save.

  4. Update your credentials in the Login Security tab. Enter a new password or PIN here and click Save to apply changes.

  5. Select your preferences in the Notification Settings tab. Choose which notifications you would like to receive and click Save.
