Q: How do I order Tithely Tap Discs?
A: To place an order, navigate to your Tithely 3.0 Dashboard. Open the Tap Dashboard by clicking TAP on the main menu, and then click the Order Tap Disks button to select your product (Pre-made, Custom, or a Sample Pack) and configure your batches.
Q: How long does processing and shipping take?
A: Once you place an order, please allow 3 to 4 days for your new batches to populate in your Tap Dashboard. Physical processing and shipping times depend on the type of discs ordered:
Custom: 4-5 weeks following proof approval.
Standard (Adhesive or Screw-hole): 3-5 days + shipping time.
Sample: 2-3 days + shipping time.
Note: Custom order timelines depend heavily on how quickly you approve your design proof with our printing partner. Q: Can I place these directly on metal?
A: Metal will disrupt the NFC signal. If you are placing the disc directly on metal, you’ll need a foam spacer (or an on-metal NFC tag) to separate the chip from the metal surface properly. Otherwise, it can absolutely cause the tag to not read or behave inconsistently.
