Tithely People: Email History

Understanding the impact of your emails is crucial for effective communication with your members. Tithely People offers a comprehensive view of your email history, allowing you to monitor every email sent, including details like recipients, subject, status (sent, scheduled, or failed), and send date.

This insight helps you quickly identify successful deliveries and address any issues with undelivered messages. Navigate to Settings and select History to dive into your email performance, from open rates to click-throughs, ensuring your messages resonate with your audience.


Viewing Email History

  1. Navigate to Account Settings (the gear icon) on the top right.

  2. Select User Activity from the dropdown menu.

  3. Select Email from the menu.

  4. Click on a specific email line to view its full details.

Managing and Sorting

While viewing your email history, you can sort by a date range or search to find any emails sent to a specific person.

Understanding Email Statuses

  • Sent: The message was successfully sent to at least one recipient.

  • Scheduled: You have scheduled an email to go out at a later time/date.

  • Failed: No one on your list received the email.

Engagement Metrics

When viewing the details of a sent email, you will see specific metrics regarding how your members interacted with the message:

  • Open Rate: This indicates when someone opens an email sent from Tithely People within their email provider. This helps you gauge how many people are seeing your content.

  • Click Rate: This determines if someone clicked on a link included in the email. This is a key metric to differentiate between someone simply opening the email versus actively engaging with the content inside.
