Troubleshooting & FAQs
- How does the system automatically connect entries to profiles? Automatic association looks first for a name match. If found, it looks for a matching email address or street address to confirm the connection to an existing profile.
- Why can't I use the Action Panel with an entry? Only entries connected to a profile (either automatically or manually) will be able to be used with the Action Panel in the Forms entries view.
- How can I easily sort by the submission date? You can download the entries to Excel, as the submission date exports with the file, allowing you to run a sort within Excel.
