Before You Begin

- Permissions: You need (Events > View Events and Check In People) or a Check In Only Account role permissions.

Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Download the Tithely Check-In App from the Apple App Store.
2. Launch the app and Enter your church’s unique subdomain when prompted.
3. You'll be prompted to Login using your Tithely Login.
4. View the Events Calendar and Select a date for check-in.
You can select the Gear Icon to change the Check In Settings.
5. Select the specific event you'd like to track attendance for.
6. Check the first person in. [A popup will appear asking which Brother Printer you would like to use; this only happens once per check-in session.]
7. Select your desired AirPrint-supported printer. [The name tag will begin printing. The first print may be slightly delayed.]
Wireless Printing and Printer Compatibility
- App - Brother Printers: The app communicates directly with AirPrint Compatible Printers (e.g., Brother QL-820NWB) for true wireless printing.
- App - DYMO Printers: The app cannot communicate directly with DYMO printers because they are not AirPrint. To use a DYMO Wireless Printer, you must use the Print Station set up method.
