Before You Begin

Step-by-Step Instructions
- Click the Global Settings icon (person icon) in the top right corner of your dashboard.
- Select My Organization from the dropdown menu.
- Click on Locations in the left-hand menu.
- Select the Location you wish to edit by clicking on its name.
- Scroll down to the Brand Settings section.
- Upload your new logo file and make any other desired changes.
- Click the Save Changes button at the bottom of the page to apply your updates.

- Why won't my changes save? You must have brand colors selected before the system will allow you to save your changes. Please ensure you have chosen your primary and secondary colors in the Brand Settings section.
- My logo looks blurry or stretched. How can I fix this? This usually happens when the image dimensions are too small or do not fit the recommended size. For the best display quality, please re-upload a version of your logo that is sized between 200x200 and 1200x400 pixels.
- I'm getting an error when I try to upload my logo. Please verify that your logo file meets the requirements: it must be a PNG, GIF, JPG, or JPEG file, and it cannot be larger than 50 MB.
