Before You Begin
Update in Two Places: To ensure consistency across the platform, you must update your address in both the Locations menu AND the Organization Settings menu. Updating only one may lead to errors.
Timing: Changes to location details, specifically for new locations, can take up to 24 hours to appear on your giving form.

Step-by-Step Instructions
Step 1: Update Your Location Details
Log in to your Tithely account.
Click the Global Settings button (gear icon) in the top-right corner.
Select My Organization from the menu, then click Locations.
Click on the specific Location you want to edit from the list.
Enter your updated information (Name, Address, Phone, etc.).

Scroll to the bottom and click Save Changes.
Step 2: Update Your Organization Settings
Remain in the Global Settings (gear icon) menu.
Select My Organization, then click Organization Settings.
Enter your updated address in the address fields.
Click Save Changes to finalize the update.
