The New Tithely Experience

We are so excited to have you in the new Tithely experience! This guide serves as your essential companion for navigating the transition to our new Tithely experience. Currently, this only applies to our giving customers. Your data will be moved over to the new space, and once completed, you will sign into the new space automatically. Welcome to the new Tithely!

What to expect

This video below highlights the new Tithely experience, and we are excited you are on this journey with us! When you log in, you'll discover a significantly enhanced and user-friendly interface. Here's a detailed overview of what's new:

  • A Beautifully Rebuilt Dashboard: The first thing you'll notice is the redesigned dashboard. It's built for quick access to key areas. You'll find Giving, People, Sites, Apps, Events, and Admins all easily accessible right from this main page. In addition, for quick support and resources, you'll see Help and Support (allowing you to connect with our support team), Tithely University, and Data Migration tools right on your home dashboard.
  • Settings in a New Home: Your settings, which used to be in the bottom-left corner, have now moved to the top-right corner of your screen.
    • Gear Symbol (ChMS Settings): This icon represents the settings for your Church Management Software (ChMS), if you've signed up for it through Tithely. This is where you'll find various settings and features to customize your ChMS experience.
    • Person Icon with Down Arrow (Primary Settings): Located right next to the gear symbol, this icon opens your primary settings. Here, you'll manage your Organization, Bulk Tasks, Billing, Giving Integrations, User Settings, and Notifications. We're confident you'll find this section incredibly useful for managing your Tithely account.
  • Streamlined Admin Batch Giving: While the majority of the Giving Dashboard looks familiar, the Admin Batch Giving functionality has been significantly improved. When you click into Admin Batch Giving, you will no longer be redirected to a separate space or required to log in again. It's now seamlessly integrated into the dashboard, allowing you to easily add new batches, edit your uncommitted batches, and view what batches you have committed. This provides a more efficient and integrated workflow.

  • Q: Will my existing Donor, Giving, or reporting data be affected by this transition? A: Great news! This transition will not affect your Donor, Giving, or reporting data. Everything you rely on in those areas will remain exactly the same.
  • Q: Is this migration optional? A: Please note, this migration is not optional; all Tithely customers will be transitioning to our new platform to ensure everyone benefits from the latest features and improvements.
  • Q: Where can I find help once my account has been migrated? A: Once your account has been migrated, you'll gain access to our new help center, featuring updated articles covering all things Tithely. Feel free to explore it by clicking [here]
  • Q: My settings used to be in the bottom left. Where are they now? A: Your settings have moved to the top-right corner of the dashboard. Look for the gear symbol for Church Management Software settings and the person icon for your primary account settings.
  • Q: Is Admin Batch Giving different in this new experience? A: Yes! Admin Batch Giving is now fully integrated into the Giving Dashboard. You can now manage your batches directly within the main dashboard without being redirected or needing to log in again.
  • Q: Where can I find support if I have questions about the new experience? A: You can find direct links to "Help and Support" on your new home dashboard, where you can connect with our support team. You'll also find Tithely University for additional resources.
