  • Important: To ensure the new campus is linked to your main account, you must create it using the steps below. Do not sign up for a new Tithely account from our public website.

Troubleshooting & FAQs

  • I just created a new location, but I can't see it on our giving form. Why not? It can take up to 24 hours for a newly created location to appear on public-facing giving forms and other areas. Please allow this time for the system to update.

  • Our campus pastor can't see the new location we just added. How do I give them access? Admins must be granted access to new locations individually. The primary Account Owner has automatic access to all locations, but other users must be added. Please see our guide on .

  • Will the new campus use the same bank account as our main campus? Each location has separate banking information. When you create a new location, you will need to configure its banking details, which can be the same as your main campus or a different account entirely.
